Balkranti Foundation is a registered non-profit organization in India. Donations are eligible for tax benefits under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act. It is the donor's responsibility to provide an accurate Permanent Account Number (PAN) to receive the tax exemption certificate.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Once a donation is processed, it is generally considered non-refundable.
• In case of accidental duplicate transactions or technical errors, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction.
• Refunds for verified errors will be processed back to the original payment source within 10–15 working days.
